Mestizo Coffeehouse is an independent full service coffeehouse and espresso bar on Salt Lake's West Side. It has flourished as a community effort supported by numerous individuals and organizations.

MICA (Mestizo Institute of Culture and Art) shares space with the coffeehouse. MICA features an art gallery, which is also used as a community space for events, open-mics, and numerous other functions. Also sharing space is creator, activist, visionary and artist-in-residence Ruby Chacon, one of Utah's most celebrated young artists, with whom we are all proud to share space and coffee.
